Batista vs. John Cena
I Quit Match for the WWE Title

Batista got on the mic to start and said he was going to give Cena a chance to say "I Quit" to avoid the beatdown he was going to put on Cena. Cena took the mic and said that Batista made his point, and then said, "I... I don't think so." Cena proceeded to nail Batista with the mic and it's on.

Cena threw Batista out of the ring early and went to hit Batista with a chair, but Batista moved out of the way and nailed the steel post. Batista then proceeded to go to work on Cena in the ring. As usual, there are dueling "Let's Go Cena" / "Cena Sucks" chants.

Batista continued to work Cena over, nailing the champ with punches and kicks as well as an occasional suplex. Cena was able to gain control after Batista missed charging him in the corner. Cena hit the "You can't see me" punch and stayed on offense until Batista used the referee as a shield and low-blowed Cena. Batista put Cena in his new submission move, but Cena refused to quit. Cena was able to get to his feet with Batista on his back and broke the hold.

Cena then locked Batista in an STF and Batista got to the ropes but Cena refused to break the hold. Batista passed out and the referee asked him if he quit, but Batista couldn't answer because he was out. Cena grabbed some water fro ringside and threw it on Batista to revive him. Once revived, Batista wouldn't quit. Cena charged at Batista but was met with a spinebuster. Batista hit Cena with a Batista bomb. Batista then went outside of the ring and cleared the announce tables. Batista placed Cena on one of the tables and went for a Batista bomb, but Cena reversed it and got Batista in the Attitude Adjustment, but Batista reversed again and powerslammed him from one table through another.

Cena answered "No," when asked if he quit and the match continues. Batista threw Cena into the barricade and into the fans. Batista proceeded to drag Cena through the stands and threatened to throw Cena over the stands if he didn't quit. Cena said "No," and Batista went to Batista bomb off the railing, but Cena reversed it and punched Batista off of the railing into the fans. Batista refused to quit and Cena started brawling with Batista back to the ring.

Batista and Cena ended up back towards the entrance and Batista nailed Cena with a couple of chair shots to the back. Batista continued to wail away on Cena with chair shots to the back, but Cena wouldn't quit. Batista got into a car at ringside that was a prop, and went to back into Cena and hit the stage. Cena apparently rolled out of the way, as he got up on the car and then started to punch away on Batista. He nailed the Attitude Adjustment on the hood of the car, but Batista wouldn't quit. Cena said that he was hoping that Batista would say that and Cena took Batista took the top of the car and setup the Attitude Adjustment. Before Cena could hit it, Batista quit. Cena hit the Attitude Adjustment anyway, and Batista went through the floor.
