MSG was 85 percent full. There were "Let's Go Cena / Cena Sucks" and "We Want Ryder" chants before the show.

The Miz started the show with a promo. From the crowd, Truth jumped into the ring and beat down Miz, who ran away. The fans got behind Truth as a face.

(1) Dolph Ziggler won a 12-man battle royal. Dolph went under the ropes during the match. It came down to Kofi Kingston and Mason Ryan, who Kofi eliminated. Dolph then re-entered the ring and eliminated Kofi to win the battle royal.

(2) Divas champion Beth Phoenix beat Eve with one of the Bellas as special referee to retain the Divas Title.

(3) Alex Riley beat a jobber. Riley won with his RKO/F5 finishing move.

Mick Foley came out next. Swagger interrupted to set up Swagger vs. Jerry Lawler.

(4) Jerry Lawler beat Jack Swagger. Afterward, Foley delivered Socko to Swagger.

(5) Santino beat Michael McGillicutty. Santino won with The Cobra.

Ziggler attacked Santino after the match, then Ryder made the save. Ryder was over huge in his hometown area.

(6) U.S. champion Zack Ryder beat Dolph Ziggler to retain the U.S. Title. Great finishing sequence. Ziggler won, but Ryder's foot was on the ropes, so they re-started the match. Ryder then won with the Rough Ryder.

(7) WWE tag champions Air Boom (Evan Bourne & Kofi Kingston) beat Primo & Epico to retain the WWE Tag Titles. Air Boom won a fast-paced match when Kofi hit Trouble in Paradise and Bourne followed up with Air Bourne.

(8) John Cena beat Kane via DQ. Lots of "Let's Go Cena / Cena Sucks" chants. Also, "You Can't Wrestle" chants. Kane chokeslammed Cena after getting DQ'ed. He then came back to take an Attitude Adjustment. Cena celebrated.

The steel cage was put up, with the crew led by ref Charles Robinson.

(9) WWE champion C.M. Punk beat The Miz in a steel cage match to retain the WWE Title. Very good match. Punk nailed the GTS for the win.

All in all, a very entertaining show.
