- As noted earlier, Jack Swagger was at court today for his DUI trial. The Sun Herald has a photo and article about Swagger arriving at Gulfport Municipal Court today wearing a splint on his right hand.

Swagger, who refused to comment on the trial, did say that he was wearing the splint because he "severed a tendon" in his thumb.

Swagger is charged with driving under the influence of marijuana, possession of marijuana and speeding. Swagger was leaving a SmackDown taping on February 19th when he was pulled over for speeding. The officer who pulled him over stated that Swagger was driving under the influence, and a small amount of marijuana was found in the car.
