- BJ Whitmer has been named as the ninth entrant in the ROH Championship Tournament. Whitmer has never held the ROH World Title before. His first round bout will take place on August 3rd in Toronto.

- Tommaso Ciampa has been named as the tenth entrant in the ROH Championship Tournament. Like Whitmer, Ciampa has yet to lay claim to the ROH World Title. His first round bout will take place on August 3rd in Toronto.
