UFC News: Two Fighters Out At UFC On FOX 9, Final UFC 167 Primetime, Legendary Q&A For UFC 167

- This Saturday night, UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre will face what could be the toughest test of his career in Johny Hendricks. The two will meet in the main event of UFC 167 in Las Vegas; you can check out the final episode of UFC 167 Primetime above.

- The weigh-ins for UFC 167 will take place this Friday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, with the first fighter hitting the scale at 4p.m. PT/7p.m. ET. As the event will coincide with the UFC's twentieth anniversary, the weigh-in Q&A will be hosted by four legends of the sport's past. UFC Hall of Famers Royce Gracie, Dan Severn, and Mark Coleman will be joined by Art Jimmerson — famous for donning one boxing glove in a fight against Gracie — on the legendary hosting panel. The Q&A will begin 2p.m. PT.

A monumental event for the UFC, UFC 167 will feature a title fight between Georges St-Pierre and Johny Hendricks, as well as two very significant bouts between Rashad Evans and Chael Sonnen, as well as Robbie Lawler and Rory MacDonald — not to mention a host of potentially exciting bouts further down the card.

- Shortly after it was revealed that UFC lightweight champ Anthony Pettis would be unable to compete against Josh Thomson at UFC on FOX 9 as planned, MMAJunkie reports that two other fighters have been forced out of their bouts with injury.

Lightweight Jamie Varner has reportedly suffered an injury in training and will be unable to face Pat Healy on the card. No word yet on the severity of Varner's injury or on a replacement opponent for Healy. Kevin Gastelum has also suffered an undisclosed injury, pulling him from a planned middleweight contest with Court McGee. The promotion is currently looking for someone to step in for Gastelum opposite McGee.

With Pettis-Thomson off, the card will now be headlined by a flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and Joseph Benavidez and will take place on December 14 in Sacramento, California.
