- Fresh off the official heel turn of the Miz against his partner Kofi Kingston on Raw, WWE.com has announced that the two will be facing each other on the Survivor Series Kickoff Show this Sunday. The Kickoff Show will be streamed live at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 PT.
