Mick Foley Talks Text Message He Accidentally Sent To Vince McMahon's, His Bad WrestleMania Seats

The Boston Herald has an interview with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, who was promoting his weekend sold out comedy shows at the Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus, MA. During the interview, Foley noted that while he loved attending WrestleMania this past year, the seats his family were given weren't the greatest. He said that they basically watched the screen while "the wrestlers appeared to be of ant-like proportion in a ring 100 yards away from us."

Foley also discussed his rant about WWE not putting Daniel Bryan in the Royal Rumble earlier this year. He admitted that he tried to send a message to Brie expressing his grievances, which accidentally was sent to Vince McMahon.

"I was sending a text message, one I thought I was sending to Brie, and I told her I was going to get in touch with [Vince] McMahon," said Foley. "I rarely interfere in the course of WWE events, but when I do, I like to think my opinion carries some weight. I sent what I thought was my message to Brie, saying, 'Give Daniel a hug and tell him how wrong I think this whole thing is.' I was pretty new to the iPhone. My son looked at my phone and said, 'Dad, you just sent that to Mr. McMahon.' My next message was, 'Oops.'"
