- Former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio and his son attended the show with Konnan.

- Three of the "Four Horsewomen" of MMA – Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir, and Jessamyn Duke – were spotted at the show. UFC Champion Ronda Rousey was unfortunately not there.

- Writer/director Max Landis ("Wrestling Isn't Wrestling") was at the show, and apparently ordered 25 pizzas for the fans during intermission.

- Ryan Satin, the formerly TMZ producer, was in attendance.

- The show ran a little over five hours. They had to get through all the quarterfinal matches, then the semifinal matches and finally the triple threat elimination main event, plus the non-tournament matches on the card to give the finalists some time to rest up before the main event. This is significant, as the show already started about an hour later than it was supposed to, and people didn't really start leaving until closer to midnight. That being said, nobody was really complaining – as always, PWG always puts on an amazing show and everyone had a blast.
