LAX was slated to retain the NWA World Tag Team titles over Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles prior to the new booking committee.

Apparently Vince Russo didn't know many of the TNA personalities upon returning to the company, and didn't follow the product while he was gone.

Jim Cornette stated that he would not work with Russo. Cornette will not take any direction from him and wants zero interaction with the man.
