The 10/3 edition of ECW on Sci Fi drew a final 1.7 cable rating with a 3 share. That rating is down from last week's 1.9 number. The overrun of the show, featuring the end of the Rob Van Dam vs. Test "Extreme Rules Match" drew a 2.1 rating. Other quarter hours during the hour ranged from a 1.5 to 1.7.
