It should be noted that WWE is using mentions of the NWO on television to help promote Eric Bischoff's new book "Controversy Creates Cash" and look to be banking on the name power of the New World Order to help push that and that only. As of now, although WWE sources haven't denied initial discussions, there are no plans to bring back Scott Hall or Kevin Nash to WWE to revive the NWO. Plans can always change, but as of now don't expect anything at this time.

This hasn't been 100% confirmed, but Dave Meltzer is reporting that Booker T did an interview for The Fight Network earlier today and he said that Marty "Boogeyman" Wright had just been rehired by WWE.
