As reported earlier, an indy promotion that goes by the name AWA and ran by Dale Gagner has been advertising Paul Heyman as future talent to their organization.

WWE legal officials sent the promotion a legal notice stating that Paul Heyman is still under contract and for them to remove the images promoting him from their website, AWAstars.com.

The promotion has made mention of the legal notice on their website and states they will respond to WWE demands in the near future.

Heyman denies having an involvement or even speaking with the promotion.
