Rey Mysterio is expected to take some time off soon. He is in line for knee surgery, which is right on time as hes been in pain with a knee injury all during his title push. WWE has been adamant that Rey has pulled off his current title reign like a true champion. Not to mention not letting the glory go all to his head, which WWE is truly impressed with more than anything else. Rey is known as one of the most easy-going guys in the business. He is a persistent worker doing whatever he is told, showing up on time every time and never getting political.
