For those of you in Canada, it has been said that "negotiations are ongoing" for a Canadian ECW timeslot, with no word yet on the potential carrier.

For those in other international markets, ECW is slated to replace WWE Velocity, so I would check your local listings.

The "Rise and Fall of ECW" book which has been released by WWE is said to focus mostly on the early "glory days" of ECW leading into the first PPV, April 1997's Barely Legal. The last days of the company are said to be condensed in under 75 pages. Tazz, Tommy Dreamer, and Paul Heyman are all listed on the front cover as contributors who were interviewed in-depth about their time in the company.

The decision as to whether or not the ECW weekly TV show, which debuts on Sci Fi on June 13 from Trenton, New Jersey to air live or via a short delay "live to tape" has yet to be confirmed. The press release this morning listed the series as "live" although WWE could describe SmackDown the same way.
