Local adverts are promoting Tommy Dreamer, Kurt Angle. The Big Show, and Sabu for the August 1st ECW show on Sci Fi in New York City. Tickets for the taping go on sale this weekend.

WWE has applied for a trademark on "ECW Extremists".

As reported last night, next week's ECW on Sci Fi will be delayed an hour, airing at 11 PM Eastern.

ECW has added a live event on Monday August 28 (day after Summerslam) at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Former ECW World champion Steve Corino is working the July 22 Pure Wrestling Association anniversary event in Gorderich, Ontario. The Goderich Signal-Star featured an article on the show today with comments from local star Jeff Black.
