RVD, DX and Cena victorious at Vengeance

DX successfully reunited and defeated The Spirit Squad to end the 2006 WWE Vengeance PPV after Triple H hit Kenny with the pedigree and Michaels hit Sweet Chin Music on Johnny and both covered for the win. The show also saw Rob Van Dam defend the World title after defeating Edge, which was placed in the middle of the show.

In other matches:

Randy Orton defeated Kurt Angle with the RKO.
Umaga defeated Eugene.
Ric Flair defeated Mick Foley with two straight falls.
Johnny Nitro pinned Shelton Benjamin in a three way match with Carlito to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Rob Van Dam pinned Edge after hitting the five star frog splash.
Imposter Kane pinned Kane.
John Cena beat Sabu with the STFU.
DX defated The Spirit Squad.
