Tag Team Causing Heat, Vince McMahon Furious, More

Tag Team Causing Heat, Vince McMahon Furious, More-* The Figure 4 Weekly is reporting that The Major Brothers have been receiving negative reviews in Ohio Valley Wrestling and has brought themselves major heat. It seems like another CM Punk/Tony Atlas scenario, where veterans offer tips but the young bloods fail to respect the forefathers who paved the way for them in professional wrestling. Two veterans, Steve Williams and Robert Gibson offered the duo some advice but the Major's pretended they didn't know who they were, basically acting as if they are too good for OVW, and developmental federations for that matter. Some believe the tag team feel like they should be in the big leagues.

-* As previously reported, John Cena had surgery last Wednesday to repair his torn pectoral muscle. The doctors didn't know how bad his injury was until they cut him open, in which then they realized that the entire tendon had ripped off the bone.

-* Sources have said that Vince McMahon went on a temper tantrum once finding out from RAW writer, Brian Gewirtz, that Roddy Piper said he would be one of the choices for guest referee at the Cyber Sunday pay per view. Vince was against the idea and said that Piper will not be used by WWE .

In related news, it is interesting that in British Columbia, Canada they have had advertisements featuring Piper, Foley and Austin as the choices. It is a safe assumption that the same ads ran across the nation as well.
