Halloween Havoc 1989 is currently being featured on WWE 24/7 because it won the "Pick Your Big One" poll on WWE.com last month. Ron Simmons, who wrestled on the show, introduces the show, but his dialogue is muted. Instead, they show subtitles over what he's saying. They then put the audio back on so you can hear him say, "Halloween Havoc! Damn!" This promo pretty much confirms that his gimmick doesn't allow him to speak in full sentences.
