New TNA Knockout?, Jr. Fatu Not Fired From TNA?, Lots More

New TNA Knockout?, Jr. Fatu Not Fired From TNA?, Lots MoreAs it turns out, it is not 100% certain that we haven't seen the last of Junior Fatu in a TNA ring. Fatu, who was working without a contract, is saying that he missed the Impact tapings two weeks ago because he had a prior commitment. There seems be some miscommunication between both parties because if they knew in advance, they could have changed the tournament around. At the Impact taping, it was Jeff Jarrett's call to simply say that he was not in the building -- he didn't want them to say anything negative about Fatu on television. Also, there have been some problems regarding travel because he has residences in both Las Vegas, NV and Pensacola, FL. At times they get his trans from Pensacola but they then have to change it. UPDATE: He was not shown in any of the videos last night at Genesis so he might be done after all. WrestlingInc.com has more on this story.

WrestlingInc.com is reporting that Alexa Jade, who wrestled Gail Kim on Impact on Thursday night, got good reviews from management for her work in the match. It remains to be seen if she gets offered a TNA contract.

Jimmy Kimmel did a spoof of Adam "Pacman" Jones yesterday on the Fox NFL pre-game show. Kimmel interviewed a guy pretending to be the suspended NFL player from "Frankin, TN." When Kimmel asked "Jones" where he was, "Jones" answered "home," although, it was obvious he was in a strip club. Of course, at the end of the segment, "Jones" made it rain in support of Kimmel's NFL predictions.

Due to the expense of doing a television taping internationally, TNA won't be taping Impact from the Tokyo Dome on 1/4, but may air highlights from the show.
