Hulk Hogan filed a petition on Wednesday saying that Nick, who is now 17 is old enough to decide which parent he wants to live with.

Hogan's petition asks that parental responsibility be shared but that Nick Bollea "is fully capable of deciding whom he will reside".

Linda wants whatever she wants to live to be Nick's primary residence with Hulk Hogan getting liberal visitation.

Linda Hogan's attorney has already responded to the petition and sent it to Hulk Hogan in the mail but would not comment on what it said.
