The preliminary outline for the tonight's 3-hour Raw is that various wrestling stars, both past and present, will either humiliate Vince McMahon or lay him out using their trademark move.
Despite his return, the show is not written around the return of Hulk Hogan. It is interesting to note that just months ago, he was telling people he wasn't returning to WWE.
The reason given by The Rock to turn down an offer to do Raw is because he's on a public vacation.
