-- WWE SmackDown superstar Matt Hardy was hospitalized again on December 8th with an abscess stemming from an infection from his appendectomy. He was put back on heavy antibiotics and later released on December 12th. As of right now he doesn’t expect this latest episode to delay his return.

-- The Record newspaper out of Mexico City is reporting that WWE is back in talks with Mistico. WWE is setting up its first South American run and is targeting that continent for growth and is looking at adding a few Hispanic superstars.

-- Ashley Massaro is now contractually cleared to return since the "Survivor" series ended on December 16th. She appeared on the reunion show that night.
