Angle was arrested after there were reports of his vehicle seen driving erratically and nearly hitting a woman’s car. After authorities received the report they went to Angle’s house and gave him a field sobriety test which he failed. After being taken into custody, he was brought to Sewickley Valley Hospital for a blood test, however, he refused.

Kurt Angle’s attorney released a statement to the celebrity gossip web site TMZ following the arrest proclaiming his innocence.
