Colt Cabana Speaks On WWE, ROH, CM Punk & More

Page 2 of 2:    <<  Prev   1    2
Colt Cabana: There was no thought put into it at all. I went out there a fought for my life for 8 months. Homicide was by far the TOUGHEST opponent I've ever had to deal with in my wrestling career. When I look back at what we did, I think it made me a much better wrestler all around and I have no regrets for anything that happened.

Andy Steven: After you got your revenge from Homicides actions in a brutal Chicago street fight you challenged Bryan Danielson for the ROH Championship. In one title match you two fought to a 60-minute time limit draw in a two out of three falls match, how was it wrestling for such a long period of time?

Colt Cabana: It was very hard to wrestle that 2 outta 3 falls match at Chi-Town Struggle. About 40 minutes into the match I couldn't even feel my legs. The people of Chicago honestly pushed me all the way until the end where I thought I was going to win 1 fall to 0. Unfortunately, that wasn't the way it turned out, but I'll take a Draw over a loss anyday. Especially to the most talented wrestler on the scene today, Bryan Danielson.

Andy Steven: You have also made several appearances for WWE. Tell us about your experience with WWE and are there any talks going between yourself and WWE or maybe in the near future?

Colt Cabana: I have done many preliminary matches for WWE and they're always enjoyable. My favourites to wrestle I would say were Eugene, Trevor Murdoch and Matt Hardy. I didn't have one bad experience though.

Andy Steven: What is your opinion on current WWE/ECW and TNA programming?

Colt Cabana: I don't love to watch WWE. I watch it though and appreciate that there's pro wrestling on TV for free. The same goes for TNA. I think TNA's just trying to beat WWE which is hilarious, but hey...if it was easy to run a successful televised wrestling company, everyone would have a show, right?

Andy Steven: I would like to thank you very much once again for taking this time to take part in this interview for www.PWMania.com, I wish you the best of luck in the future and do you have any messages to say to your fans?

Colt Cabana: HI! Also, please visit my sponser at www.TheBestBetOnSports.net. www.Myspace.com/ColtCabana and www.COLTCABANA.com Thanks
