Jim Ross has a new blog entry up where he talks about the ovation he got in Chicago during RAW following the announcement that he would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Check out the blog at JRsBarBBQ.com.
WWE.com has confirmed that Sabu will be inducting his uncle, The Original Shiek, into the WWE Hall of Fame this Saturday.
Jeff Hardy recently took part in an interview with IGN. In the interview, he talks about stealing the show at this years WrestleMania event. He said he's watched tapes of Shelton Benjamin and RVD the past two years in the MITB matches and is visualize how to top them. He said his favorite wrestlers as a kid were Sting and Ultimate Warrior but later it was Shawn Michaels. When asked, he said he'd be willing to get his head shaved for an angle.
It is expected that due to the amount of inductions this year into the Hall of Fame, that many of the inductions may be rushed or heavily edited as WWE could hardly fit three inductions in last year with only one hour airing. WWE had to edit out 80% of Bret Hart’s induction due to TV air time last year.
From Mike Informer: John Cena's "The Marine" has now done $26.93 million in gross DVD rentals, as of 3/25. The movie did $18,844,784 domestically at the box office.
