Matt Capotelli has posted his latest blog on Myspace to say thanks to all his supporters: I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell everyone how thankful I am to have the friends and fans that I do. Your prayers and support through this time in my life has made a huge impact on me and I can't thank everyone enough. God has been so good to me and the continuous prayers from everyone have been heard. thanks for caring, thanks for praying, and thanks for not stopping. In an update on Gregory Helms, he is scheduled to undergo surgery with Dr. Lloyd Youngblood Monday. He will be out of action for at least a year. On a side note, wrestlers such as Steve Austin, Lita , Rhino, and Chris Benoit have all gone through the surgery and have recuperated within a year’s time frame.

A funny Shawn Michaels and his hair story. After Raw went off the air Monday night in Hampton, VA and he was being helped back, one of the guys helping him flipped his hair forward. Another said, "What's the problem?" And another said, "He wanted his hair flipped forward." This could be picked up/heard in the arena.
