- A lawsuit has been filed by a WWE fan against ECW original Sandman. The suit alleges that Sandman committed assault and battery on her during his entrance at a ECW on Sci-Fi taping last August.
- One Night Stand is set to be Rob Van Dam's last appearance in WWE. He is likely to take time off, he is not in talks with TNA and is rumored to be back on WWE TV in the future as he is leaving WWE on good terms.
- As it stands now the main event for One Night Stand will be Vince McMahon vs. Bobby Lashley.
