Before the pay-per-view went on the air a dark match took place with WWE Intercontinental champion Santino Marella defeating Chris Masters.

“The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart was in attendance at the pay-per-view as he is doing work for a contest.

Former NWA champion Dory Funk Jr. was also in attendance tonight with his wife Marti.
