- There are no signs Chris Benoit was dealing the high quantity of anabolic steroids (believed to be testosterone cypionate) he was being prescribed.

- It is believed Benoit had became very religious due to his closeness to Eddy Guerrero.

- Bill DeMott has claimed that Benoit called him on Friday the 22nd, and asked about going out for a beer later.

- On the way back from Dr. Phil Astin's office on Friday, Benoit stopped off at a restaurant, and also stopped at a GNC store.
