Preview: Bringing in The Bash July 24, 2007

On the last ECW on Sci Fi, the words “Johnny Nitro” were uttered for the final time as John Morrison revealed his true name. Now that Morrison can finally be himself, how will it impact him in his match with CM Punk for ECW gold at The Great American Bash? He has already shown confidence, knocking Punk down with a microphone during his press conference. Will that momentum continue into Sunday?

Punk had a better early portion of the night, earning a win over Elijah Burke. He has been on a roll in recent weeks. Can he roll into the squared circle and become the new ECW World Champion? How will ECW's Guiding Light respond to the loss? Has he reached another drought?
