Nancy Benoit Family Planning Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Nancy Benoit's family attorney, Richard Decker, has confirmed that the family is planning a wrongful death lawsuit in the Chris Benoit double murder-suicide case. He did not comment on who the defendants would be, saying that information will be released soon.
