Tuesday night's 7/17 edition of ECW on Sci Fi drew a final 1.3 cable rating. This is down from last week's 1.4 rating and is the second lowest rating of the year for the show (the show drew a 1.2 rating three weeks ago, an all-time low on Sci Fi ever for ECW).
