WWE star Dave Taylor called Benoit's neighbor, Holly Mc ue at one point, prior to WWE's Rich Hering calling the local police on 6/25. Apparently Taylor had known Mc ue in some form.

Police did find in Nancy's purse, evidence of the insurance policy Benoit had taken out in Edmonton for his children, David and Megan, and Benoit's ex-wife Martina.

Police have been unable to find Chris Benoit's diary. As noted here before, Benoit wrote letters to his pal Eddy Guerrero in his diary to help him cope with his friend's passing. Police have also been unable to find pictures (photos Nancy's best friends were aware of) Nancy kept of herself showing evidence of being beaten. Photos were found of Nancy that showed she had been beaten earlier in her life.
