“His heart was gigantic,” said Dave Meltzer over the weekend when commenting on the passing of John Kronus. Meltzer was told that Kronus’s heart was double the size you would expect for a guy of his size. A toxicology report is still pending in the case.

The US Bank Arena box office in Cincinnati, Ohio is advertising Batista vs The Great Khali and Ric Flair vs Mark Henry for the 9/1 Smackdown / ECW house show. The following Superstar are being advertised for Raw which will be taped the following night on 9/2 in Columbus, Ohio at the Nationwide Arena. WWE Champion John Cena, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, Intercontinental Champion Umaga, Jeff Hardy, Carlito, Cryme Tyme, World Tag Team Champions Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch, Women’s Champion Candice Michelle, along with divas Mickie James and Melina. Tickets are on sale now for both events.
HBO Real Sports with Bryan Gumbel is doing an update to their "Deaths of Wrestlers" piece next month.
The NWA weekly TV show on the Dish Network will begin on the "Coulors" channel. Nothing has been confirmed, but the likely time slot will be Wednesday nights at 9PM.
