Rey Mysterio is scheduled to make his WWE return tomorrow at the RAW event in Tijuana, Mexico and will work the other Mexico City WWE live shows as well. Despite the fact that he lost the Loser Leaves SmackDown match against Chavo Guerrero, the plan is still for him to return to SmackDown. Apparently Mysterio will return to his role as a fixture on the brand and will get a main event caliber match at the upcoming Great American Bash pay-per-view.
The son of Dusty Rhodes, Cody Runnels, made his WWE debut on RAW last night. While he didn’t get the opportunity to show it last night, Runnels is said to be very talented at cutting promos. Runnels along with his brother Dustin (a/k/a Goldust) inducted their father Dusty into the WWE Hall of Fame at this past year’s ceremony during WrestleMania 23 weekend.
CM Punk is scheduled to work the July 6th OVW event at the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Triple H package which was featured on Monday’s WWE RAW received a good reaction from the live crowd.
