Today’s St. Petersburg Times are reporting that authorities feel that speed was a factor in Nick Hogan's car accident this past Sunday.
Nick Bollea (Hogan) was cited on 8/10 for speeding in a construction zone and not wearing his seatbelt. His friend who was also in the car at the time of the crash, John J. Graziano, is still in critical condition.
At the moment no charges have been made, however an investigation is ongoing.
