The case against Jerry "The King" Lawler isn't quite over yet. Sal Corrente has decided to appeal the court decision that was handed down this past Wednesday. When the trial resumes, there will be witnesses from both sides.
The waiver that Corrente signed could only of been used in a civil case. Noone can sign away rights to criminal actions, if that was so then promoters could shoot or stab a wrestler and get away with it.
