Regarding the release of developmental talent Daniel Rodimer, WWE didn't think that Rodimer had progressed to the point that he was going to be showcased on the main roster anytime soon. Seeing how Rodimer had interests outside of the business, including a real estate career, he basically felt that if he wasn't going to become a WWE star in a hurry, it was time to head out. The company agreed and let him go.
The long awaited return of ECW star Mike Knox could be on the horizon. He was backstage at the SmackDown/ECW taping in Albany, NY on Tuesday. He wasn't used though.
It has been announced that American Combat Wrestling out of Florida is now out of business and will no longer promote weekly Tuesday night shows at the Bourbon Street Nightclub in New Port Richey or its monthly shows at the Jewish Community Center in Port Richey. WWE’s Florida Championship Wrestling developmental territory is expected to start using the two venues.
