A copy of the Congressional letter sent to World Wrestling Entertainment (addressed to Vince McMahon) can be viewed in .pdf form at this link. It is interesting to note that the letter mentions that the problem isn't only with WWE and that they will be sending similar information requests to other "wrestling leagues."
Various cable outlets are still running the Jackass/Umaga SummerSlam spots. This was the plan for the event early on so when a change happens, the cable companies will continue to run it.
During the Smackdown/ECW tapings in Youngstown, OH on Tuesday, the company spoiled the finish of the John Morrison vs. CM Punk match later that night by showing a graphic on the screen for SummerSlam announcing Morrison vs. Punk for the ECW Title on August 26.
