» In regards to the "big announcement" that will be made by Mick Foley along with Jeff Jarrett on tomorrow night's live TNA iMPACT! in Las Vegas from The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the announcement is expected to be related to Foley and not TNA in general. WrestlingInc.com is reporting that one rumor was that the announcement would involve TNA taking iMPACT! on the road, but that wouldn't be happening anytime soon with TV tapings scheduled in Orlando through the end of the year. I honestly feel that it could be a match that Foley will be involved in. Possibly Kurt Angle vs. Mick Foley in the coming weeks or months? We'll see LIVE tomorrow night.

» Bret Hart's book "Hitman: My Real Life In The Cartoon World Of Wrestling" will be debuting at No. 8 on the New York Times bestseller list in a few weeks. This is being considered a huge success with no WWE promotion behind it and given the fact that no pro wrestling books in the last five years have cracked the top ten with the exception of books by Ric Flair and Mick Foley that were both promoted by WWE. The book beat out autobiographies by UFC stars such as Matt Hughes, Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell. The book had been available in Canada for the last year and was just recently issued in the United States.

» MMAScoops.com is reporting that current UFC welterweight Luke Cummo, 28, was arrested sometime last week in New York on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. MMAScoops.com is also reporting that as part of a crack down on drunken driving by Nassau County law enforcement, Cummo was one of 66 people arrested.
