» The latest on the WWE vs. Scott "Raven" Levy lawsuit can be read at http://www.ctemploymentlawblog.com Levy's side is now using the sexual harassment case of Nichole Bass vs. WWE from 2001 against WWE. In that case, the court ruled that Bass was an employee and not an independent contractor. Also included are quotes from an interview by WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt, where he admitted to this fact. It should be noted that Bass ended up losing the case. WWE now has 10-days to respond to this latest motion.
