The latest WWE Magazine (with Jeff Hardy on the cover) includes an interview with the current Intercontinental Champion. The article includes photos that show Hardy bound in chains and underwater. You can clearly see in one of the photos that the background is inside of the elimination chamber.

Given this, some believe that Randy Orton will retain the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble next week and Hardy will be part of the Chamber match at No Way Out in February.
