The Great Khali Popularity, RAW Problems, Heyman Update

The Great Khali Popularity, RAW Problems, Heyman Update
- According to a new article, over the past few months, The Great Khali's popularity has soared in his native India. Merchandise including t-shirts and action figures are selling like crazy in markets and shops there. The people in India feel that Khali has represented his country well and makes them proud. The article notes that Khali visits his spiritual guru, Baba Ashutosh at his spiritual complex in the Jalahandhar district whenever he is in India.

- A sneak peak of Paul Heyman's new "Heyman Hustle" shows Heyman standing in front of Survivor contestants Ami Cusack and Flicka Smith as he looks into the camera and says, "You see the thing about Survivor is the competition between everybody..." Heyman then moves out of the way of the camera when the two ladies start making out with each other. The first edition of the "Heyman Hustle" debuts this Monday through The Sun. Jonny Fairplay was hanging out with Heyman at the release party last Thursday night.

- Seth sent the following: I get USA Network here on Comcast in Minneapolis and ever since the switch Raw has been virtually unwatchable due to a choppy picture, pixelation, and at some times complete freezing of the feed for multiple minutes. The rest of the programming on USAHD seems to come in alright, but RAW has a long ways to go in terms of working out the kinks. Just thought you might be interested to hear that Canada isn't the only market with problems. Oh another tidbit. Comcast does not offer PPV in HD so the quality of the broadcast of WWE PPV Events has actually taken a decline in my opinion since the switch.
