TNA has confirmed that this year’s TNA Lockdown pay-per-view will be held live at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, Massachusetts, near Boston at 8 p.m. ET on April 13th.

TNA Lockdown will feature every match inside TNA's infamous Six Sides of Steel. The main event of the pay-per-vie will feature the “Lethal Lockdown” match, in which two teams of five compete inside a cage that becomes enclosed with a steel roof fitted with weapons.

TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle, “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe, TNA World Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Tomko, Booker T, X Division Champion “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal, TNA Women’s Champion Awesome Kong, “The Instant Classic” Christian Cage, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, Robert Roode, The Motor City Machineguns, The Latin American Xchange, “The War Machine” Rhino, Kaz and many more are all scheduled to be appearing at TNA Lockdown.

TNA President Dixie Carter said, “TNA is thrilled to bring ‘Lockdown’ to Lowell. Fans across New England have a reputation for being passionate about sports and entertainment. We’re confident that when you combine the best professional wrestling in the world with an all-steel cage format the result will be an unforgettable night of drama and competition unlike anything seen before,” when asked about the TNA Lockdown event.

TNA fans will also have the chance to meet the stars of TNA at “TNA Lockdown Fan Interaction". Details of the event will be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets for TNA Lockdown 2008 go on sale this Friday, February 29th at 10am and are available at all Ticketmaster locations.
