Tampa Bay Online is reporting that the person who authorities say was racing Nick Bollea(Hogan) before Bollea wrecked his car this past August has plead no contest to charges of wreckless driving this morning.

Danny Jacobs, 22 was sentenced to 90 days of probation and fined $500 dollars. His drivers license was suspended for 90 days and has to undergo 25 hours of community service.
