PWInsider.com is reporting that TNA Wrestling has officially been served with a law suit from former star Konnan. Konnan served the law suit pertaining to his depature from the company and their treatment to him while dealing with several health issues which included a hip replacement.

The company did lend Konnan the money for the operation which led Konnan to learn that he needed a kidney transplant.Konnan later underwent the transplant procedure after a fan donated his kidney.

There is very little more informationa available on this matter beyond the fact that the suit was served recently.
