News & Notes On Cappotelli/Morrison, Live Events, & More News
During his retirement tour in Japan, Dory Funk Jr. sold t-shirts, which sold like crazy. I know when Abdullah the Butcher is on tour in Japan, he sells forks.

We previously reported that Japanese wrestler Kinataro Kanemura was accused of grabbing the behind of a female Big Japan Pro Wrestling female officer worker. Big Japan tried to keep it quiet, but the female employee went public with the story. This such of stuff is not tolerated in Japan, and thus, no promotion will book Kanemura.

Matt Cappotelli has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment for his brain cancer. As we previously noted, Cappotelli remains under contract to WWE and is still in living in Louisville, KY. During a recent promotional tour of the U.K., John Morrison said he socializes with Cappotelli and his goal is to wrestle again. Morrison has known Cappotelli since their “Tough Enough” days.

The average ticket price for a WWE live event in North America was $35.78 last year, and has increased to $38.10 this year.

The company has 106,000 subscribers for WWE 24/7.
