The Rock's Divorce Finalized, Benoit Estate Up For Sale, More News
-- Former WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's divorce proceedings are officially done, reports TMZ.com. According to their divorce agreement, both Johnson and his ex-wife, Dany Garcia, will pay $5,000 a month into a trust fund to be used towards a private school, college education and other living expenses for their 7-year-old daughter Simone. Additionally, Garcia and Johnson will share custody over the child and both have agreed to waive their right to alimony. Although, Johnson will pay approximately $22,454 per month in child support, which adds up to $269,448 annually. Garcia made approximately $700,000 last year as a financial adviser.

-- The FOX affiliate out of Atlanta is reporting that the Chris Benoit family house in Fayetteville, Georgia is now up for sale. Their previous residence in nearby Peachtree City is also up for sale, and is among the estate's assets. Benoit estate issues were finalized just last week, although details have yet to be disclosed.

-- Dateline NBC has canceled their planned piece on the one-year anniversary of the Chris Benoit double murder-suicide and state of the professional wrestling industry, reports Irv Muchnick of Muchnick.net. Producers were deep into production in the piece, but it was nixed within the last few days for undisclosed reasons.
