Vince McMahon is set to receive the Promax/BDA lifetime achievement award at the upcoming 53rd annual Promax/BDA conference in Manhattan.

Promax/BDA CEO Jonathan Block-Verk says, Vince will be honored "for his successful development of the WWE brand, which began life as a regional syndicated program and now incorporates "virtually every conceivable platform available in today's marketplace."

According to their wbsite, Promax/BDA is a international non-profit organization made up of members of promotion and marketing professionals working in electronic, multimedia and broadcast media forms. They hold conferences and events to address the people working in their industry.
