WWE.com has issued the following statement this morning. WWE has come to terms on the release of developmental talent and former Spirit Squad member Mike Mondo. We wish Mike all the best in his future endeavors.

Mike Mondo (real name Mike Brendli) was arrested on June 2nd in Tampa, Florida for Driving Under the Influence. A breathalyzer revealed he had a blood alcohol level of .091 and was released from jail after posting $500 bail.
